95 South to Maine Turnpike to Exit 42 (formally exit 6) Pass through toll booth and continue straight towards Route 1 Right onto Route 1 South (gas station/convenience store on your right) Follow to Route 9 West (second traffic light) Left onto Route 9 Continue all the way to rotary (Clambake Restaurant on your left) Bear right at rotary onto East Grand Avenue. The Atlantis Motel is 1.8 miles on your left.

Driving directions from the South:

95 North to Maine Turnpike North to Exit 36 (formally exit 5) Pass through toll booth and continue straight onto Route 5 Bear left at Rotary (this is still route 5) Follow to Town Center (Town Hall faces you, brick bank on left Right onto Old Orchard Street Down hill towards ocean, cross railroad tracks Left onto East Grand Avenue.
